Thank you for the feedback. It is our standard practice to turn the water and the water heater off between guests. This is policy of the condominium complex. The water heater did not get turned back on before you arrived. We attempted to walk the you through turning it on via phone however unsuccessful. Our maintenance team was dispatched and they fixed the issue. The second mention of no hot water was due to running the hot water system too long and draining the water heater. We dispatched our maintenance team a second time to find there was no issue. We do apologize for this inconvenience however functionally everything is in working order and we were responsive to getting the issue fixed.

The property was clean and cool when we arrived - which was great considering it was nearly 100 degrees outside. We had one small issue that was quickly addressed by the host. They were very quick to respond to our messages. Our family had a great stay. It is nice to be on the quieter part of the like, too.
