WOW Miami Themed Luxurious Direct Oceanfront Condo
Modern Luxurious Miami themed condo with custom floors on the 6th floor. Perfect height, not to high not to low. Beautifully decorated with king bed, sleeper sofa, Very large extended kitchen with wine/beer fridge, stainless flat range and microwave, high level 4 QUARTZ with extended counters. High end backsplash throughout.. 65" tv, custom bathroom with shower/tub combo, This unit has everything with an awesome view, easy access, and best resort in town

Great large spacious balcony on the 6th floor with bar table and stools and 2 high seating Adirondack chairs
Ocean Reef is one of the top resorts in the area in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach off 71st ave N. Ocean Reef has an indoor water park thats enclosed in winter and open in summer , lazy river, 5 hot tubs, many pools, and a seasonal kids waterpark. Ocean Reef has an awesome outdoor bar and a breakfast buffet restaurant along with a large arcade
Rental Rules and Regulations
1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.
2)Check in 4pm
3) Check out 10am
4). Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.
5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
