Welcome to the M12 apartment!
Centrally located yet in a quiet area, this apartment is the perfect starting point for a stroll through town, a walk with your dog through the park, or a visit with the kids to the “Kap Hoorn” playground just around the corner. Here, the kids can really let off some steam. On the other side lies city centre Norderney, starting with the Kurplatz and the Conversationshaus—both just a 3-minute walk away.
New furniture and the apartment’s modern charm invite you to linger, even when the North Sea weather is stormy.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with a single bed (90x200 cm)—as well as two full bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the large, sunny rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful weather with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. We’re also happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge for our younger guests.
Your four-legged friends (up to 2) are also very welcome here; you’ll find a dog bed, a dog towel, and two bowls in the apartment.

The “Residenz am Kurpark” combines comfort with cosiness. Our holiday apartments “Quartier M12” and “Sommerdeich4you” are tastefully furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.

In the basement, a washing machine and dryer with a coin-operated machine are available so you can easily do your laundry during your stay.
