This spacious 4-room vacation apartment was newly built in 2018 and is therefore equipped with the latest energy standards and state-of-the-art technology. The rooms are bright and modern, furnished with very high-quality furniture. The two large bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds that are 1.80m wide, while the “children’s room” is furnished with a box-spring bed that is 1.00m wide. The living/dining area features a high-quality built-in kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an elegant gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. A staircase in the living area leads to the separate, comfortable bedroom in the attic (with full headroom), which has its own shower room.

The house is located in a quiet residential area not far from the center of the island of Norderney. The pedestrian zone is just 100 meters from our beautiful home. The beach and the boardwalk are also just a short walk away (300 meters). The vacation rental features a large rooftop terrace (15 m²), accessible from the living/dining area. Comfortable patio furniture lets you enjoy a relaxing day in the fresh North Sea air.

The apartment is accessible via the building’s elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. Bicycles and similar items can be stored in a lockable garage right next to the building.
