Each terrace or balcony is equipped with patio furniture for relaxing and sunbathing. There is one parking space per apartment in front of the building.

Spa facilities, bakeries, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. You’ll also find the “Ankerplatz” with a mini-golf course and bike rentals, as well as the domestic animal park featuring rare and endangered domestic animals, all just a few minutes’ walk away.
