Living/sleeping area with kitchenette (2 hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker), dining table, bench and chairs, armchair, and double bed. 



Our two cosy holiday apartments in the centre of Maria Alm invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The spacious, family-friendly apartments, accommodating 2–7 people, feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living area with a pull-out sofa and kitchenette, TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. Towels and bed linens are included. Total area: 40–76 m². We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for small children. The ski lift and ski bus are a 5-minute walk away, and the water park and golf course are a 15-minute walk away.



On-site costs: A final cleaning fee of 45–65 euros is payable separately.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
