Our holiday rental, with 96 m2 of living space on the ground floor (accessible), accommodates 2–4 people and includes a baby cot. The cosy living room with a flat-screen TV promises relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen-living area features a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, bread slicer, sparkling water maker, and coffee maker. The holiday rental has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a walk-in closet; Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom, featuring a whirlpool tub, shower stall, hair dryer, towel warmer, and toilet, leaves nothing to be desired. An additional bathroom is available. Free Wi-Fi. Radios are available in the kitchen and in Bedroom 2. There is a small separate storage room with a freezer. In our garden, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings under a fully covered pergola. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. You’re also welcome to use our pool and sun deck. To ensure a pleasant stay, the sun deck is fully covered with sun sails. You can park one car in the on-site garage (2.63 x 4.88 m); additional parking spaces are available next to the house. A lockable bicycle storage area is also available. Payment terms: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payable via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available upon request. Tourist tax: 2.50 EUR per day of stay for guests 18 years of age and older; children ages 6 to 18 pay 1.25 EUR; children 6 and under are free. Bread delivery service and shopping options are available on-site. Bed linens and hand/shower towels are provided.
