Our holiday apartment, with 105 m² of living space (attic) on the 1st floor, can accommodate 2–4 people and includes a baby cot. The cosy kitchen-living room, featuring a flat-screen TV and stereo system, promises relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen-living room features a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, bread slicer, sparkling water maker, and coffee maker. The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. Bedroom 1 features an additional flat-screen TV with seating. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, shower stall, hair dryer, towel warmer, and toilet, leaves nothing to be desired. Free Wi-Fi. Our balcony, which offers a great view, is furnished with patio furniture. You’re also welcome to use our pool and sun deck. To ensure a comfortable stay, the sun deck is fully covered with sun shades. Barbecues are possible by arrangement. Parking spaces for cars are available on the property. A lockable bike storage area is also available. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our wheelchair-accessible holiday rental. The holiday rental is the only unit in the building and has been recently renovated. If you’d like to take a break from relaxing in the apartment or enjoying our garden and outdoor pool on a nice day, you can explore the surrounding area. You can take long walks along the themed hiking trail. The Wald-Glas-Garten Glasscherben Köck Riedlhütte is also worth a visit. The local mountains, Rachel and Lusen, invite you to hike, as do the Bavarian Forest National Park’s wildlife area with its treetop trail and observation tower (Baum-Ei) and the Filz hiking trail. If you’re in the mood for golf, there’s an 18-hole golf course in Haslach. In winter, you’ll find a network of cross-country ski trails stretching for kilometres, a toboggan run, a night ski trail, and a beginner’s ski lift right on site. The Mitterdorf Ski Centre is approximately 30 km away. In Riedlhütte, you’ll find a butcher shop, a bakery with a small village store, a drink store, and several pubs and restaurants. There is also a doctor’s office and a dentist’s office on site. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payable via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on site. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available upon request. Tourist tax: 2.50 EUR per day of stay for guests 18 years of age and older; children ages 6 to 18 pay 1.25 EUR; children under 6 are free. Bread delivery service and shopping options are available on site. Bed linens and hand/shower towels are provided.
