Summer home in NE PDX. Includes utilities, including central AC, and internet. Available May 30 - Aug 13 only. Single family 4 bd/2ba home (2033sf) with 6 twin beds. Formal dining room adjacent to large kitchen. Washer/dryer on main. Full bath and 1 bdrm with 2 twins on main. Three more bedrooms and second full bath upstairs. Largest bedroom has two twin beds. The other two have one twin each.
This residence houses teenage interns for 9 months out of the year. It is not a luxury accommodation but rather a functional living space in a very good neighborhood in NE Portland. As such, it is priced accordingly and rented as is. It is professionally cleaned for summer guests. It does not have a dishwasher or AC.
