Welcome to Haus 20—your cosy holiday home where you’ll feel right at home.
Our bright and lovingly furnished end-of-row house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples, and cycling holidaymakers. Up to 4 bicycles can be conveniently parked right next to the house.

The sunny, southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax and enjoy yourself—whether it’s breakfast outdoors, quiet moments in the sun, or a cosy barbecue evening by the fire pit—your holiday begins right on your doorstep. Patio furniture, a parasol, and barbecue accessories are available for you in the utility room.

On the ground floor, an open-concept living and dining area in a nautical style awaits you. The superbly equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and orange juicer. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses.

The dining area offers space for shared meals, while the cosy living area, featuring a leather couch, an LCD TV with cable and Sky, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth stereo system, invites you to relax. A guest bathroom and a convenient storage room with an ironing board, iron, and clothes rack are also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, closet, and wall mirror, as well as a children’s room with two comfortable single beds, a closet, an additional travel cot, and an LCD TV. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. All bedrooms have insect screens.

We’ve also got everything you need for our little guests: children’s tableware, a high chair, a travel cot, a toilet seat adapter, a step stool, games, children’s books, night lights, and stair gates are all provided.

• Staying in a green setting: The spacious holiday homes, ranging from approx. 55 to 80 m², offer space for up to 8 people across two floors. Ideal for large families or holidays with friends!

• Swimming fun included: No matter the weather—the indoor pool in the thatched-roof house is located right in the holiday village and is available for all H&P guests to use free of charge.

• All-Inclusive Package: One travel cot and one high chair per house are already included in the booking price. This way, you can travel stress-free! Additional baby gear can be booked at a reasonable price—please feel free to contact us.

• You can conveniently rent bicycles from our partner, Zweirad-Burhave, and receive a 15% discount on all rental bikes. Ask at the front desk for your coupon code and book your rental bike before you arrive.

• Pets welcome: Many of our holiday homes can be booked with pets, and close to the Seepark, your furry friends will find a fenced-in, spacious dog playground with obstacles, tunnels, and a sand pit
