This charming country house, built in 1905 in the traditional brick style, is idyllically situated on the outskirts of town with an unobstructed view across green fields to the dike. It features a 2,200-square-meter garden, partly shaded by mature trees, that invites you to play and relax.
The country house enjoys a prime location: wonderfully peaceful in the countryside, yet centrally located. A supermarket, bank, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk, as are the Frisian beach—just a 20-minute walk away—and the tropical swimming pool at Centre Parc, about a 10-minute walk away.
It is therefore just as suitable for families with children as it is for anyone who simply wants to relax surrounded by unspoiled nature.
The country house is tastefully and modernly furnished. It consists of two holiday apartments on the ground floor, each with its own terrace, as well as two holiday apartments in the attic, each with a spacious terrace.
The spacious “Haus im Seewind I” apartment, measuring 90 square metres, is located at the front of the house and has a front entrance.
It features a modern, well-equipped kitchen-diner with a small dining area and an open passageway leading to the spacious dining and living room. The living room features a cosy, enclosed wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth.
The kitchen, entryway, living room, and bedrooms all feature high-quality oak parquet flooring. The tiled bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating, a spacious 1 x 1-meter shower, and a washing machine. The apartment sleeps 4 people plus a baby, with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). It has its own large terrace with seating, a patio umbrella, and a gas grill. There are also lounge chairs in the garden for relaxing.
