clean, remodeled interior property, close to universal studios, three bathrooms which is a plus when your traveling with a larger family, property owner or housekeeper does live in the back of house, windows in the living room and kitchen had no window covering so we were able to see him pass by, he also took both of the driveway parking so we had to park in the street. communication was great and he let us check in earlier which it was a plus since we arrived earlier then expected, no back yard, since he lives in the back and front yard is in the process of getting remodeled.
