This comfortable 2-room holiday apartment, located near the beach and measuring approximately 47 square metres, accommodates 4 people and includes free Wi-Fi. It features a cosy sofa, a spacious kitchenette with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an egg cooker, as well as plenty of cutlery and dishes.
The living area features a dining table with 4 chairs and, if needed, a fold-out bed for the 3rd and 4th person (size 180 x 200). A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and various books and games are available.
A south-facing balcony invites you to relax. You can easily reach the parking space in the underground garage (level 198) via the lift from your holiday apartment. Bicycles can be locked up in the underground garage.
The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200) for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror above the sink, a toilet, and plenty of storage space.
The Trafalgar House features recreational facilities such as a swimming pool with a whirlpool, waterfall, and heated bench, as well as a steam room, Finnish sauna, and bio sauna, a fitness room, and a table tennis room—all conveniently accessible from your holiday apartment.
A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are also located in the building.
The swimming pool’s closure dates for this year are from 11.01.27 - 31.01.27

Visitor’s tax
As a property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.

We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
