The room was extremely clean and very minimalist. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room; however, there was probably not room for one. The elevator at the site was not working and that required us to carry our luggage up 2 flights of steps. There seemed to be a lot of “rules” for checking out that, while good for the cleaners, seemed excessive for the guests.

Alan was our host and was very quick to respond to my questions. We planned a last minute get away ,check in was @ 3pm and check out was 10am, so the price was reasonable but did not offer a late check out. Take extra linen if you are staying more than one night as it provides limited linen, you have to empty all of your trash and strip the beds before leaving so with all of the little extras you have to do I feel either lessen the price or maybe a later check outAfter speaking with Alan post my check out ,you can pay a fee and have late check out
