Cozy and close to downtown and frontier park. Three bedroom, four bed, full kitchen, dining table, and spacious living room with large couch. A cleaning service comes after every guest and I inspect all cleanings before next guest’s arrival.

This is a very nice clean property. Parking is easy and check in and check out was simple. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we go through Cheyenne again. Host was very friendly as well.

Our experience honestly couldn’t have been better. The space was very clean, well put together, and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable, towels were nice, and kitchen was stocked with everything necessary for us to cook meals. Our host checked in before and while we there to see if all was going well and was very responsive. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was good for what we needed, Listing said whole house but we were actually just downstairs while resident was upstairs, Appreciated being able to check in a little early although it smelled like wet dog throughout the property. Woke up early by resident upstairs walking around. Beds were comfortable, provided coffee was nice.

We had a great one day stay. For being a downstairs unit, there was very minimal noise from the upstairs. You could tell upstairs was being mindful, which was appreciated. We stayed during a week day, and the surrounding area was quiet. The property appeared to be with easy access to downtown, though we're not very familiar with the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for our families gathering. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean, well stocked and accessible. The host was extremely communicative; we did not have to wait to hear back on anything we needed. This was a great option for a stay at Cheyenne Frontier Days! Walkable which was excellent since rideshare would have been a nightmare. The only unexpected part of our stay was that the unit is the basement of a home that has other renters/occupants in the top floor. This did not bother us other than a bit of noise, but something to note. The basement has its own entrance and kicthen, so there is not any interaction with the upstairs. Overall this was an excellent stay and great hosts!
