2-room terraced house 40 m2. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: lounge with veranda with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Kitchenette (3 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of lagoon. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location sympa mais équipement a revoir

Lors de notre arrivée, il nous à fallu nettoyer salle de bains et sanitaires car une mauvaise odeur y régnait !!! Équipement limite ( petite table et chaise plastique extérieur cassées, matelas du canapé extérieur ne donne pas envie de s'assoir dessus !!! Séchoir à linge trop petit. Un ventilateur et une machine à laver seraient pratique ainsi qu'un petit parasol. Cependant la location est agréable, bien située avec commodités à proximité, au calme avec une superbe vue

Endroit magnifique, logement décevant...

Situé en bord de lagune, l'endroit est superbe et bien placé. Dommage que le logement soit si mal équipé : pas de climatisation ni ventilateur, pas de lave vaisselle ni lave linge. En outre, il nous a semblé que le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée. L'état de l'abattant des WC en témoignait. Pour info, une puanteur permanente émanait des WC sans que nous parvenions à l'oublier car surement liée à un souci de canalisation. En bref, ce n'était pas le top !!!

Véranda et terasse avec très jolie vue très agréable. Manque éclairage dans la chambre du haut.

leider einige Mängel

Leider war das haus für den preis nicht gerade toll ausgestattet. Schmutzig war es auch nich dazu. Klobrille schon bei der Ankunf kaputt. Türe in Garten ebenfalls wird geschlossen mit einem Eimer davor. Die Rolläden waren ebenfalls kaputt. Etwas wenig Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. man muss dazu sagen das es keine Klima und auch kein Ventilator gibt was in der Hauptsesion ein Muss ist eins davon zu haben. Nicht mal einen Sonnenschirm gab es vor Ort so kann man sich nur raussetzten ab 15 Uhr
