Fully renovated Nob Hill home with refrigerated air, wood and tile floor, and a security system. Enjoy a large, beautiful yard and a convenient location. Within walking distance of UNM Hospital, and the trendy nob hill business district, with coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby.

Please note: The property includes a separate detached casita occupied by the owner, with its own private entrance and separate space. One closet inside the home is locked and reserved for the owner's belongings. There is also a locked basement. There is ring camera facing the street by the front door of the home.
