Charming country cottage with private access to the river

Pretty country house with direct access to the river.<br>It is located in the heart of the village in a green setting where the birds will rock your afternoon naps. The house offers warm spaces with beautiful bedrooms and an ideal outdoor living environment for a total disconnection. The beautifully wooded and intimate garden has a summer kitchen for sunny days and a path to access the river directly.<br><br>The house has two entrances, one on the ground floor located in the street and another which opens onto the garden in the "basement". <br><br>It is divided into two non-communicating parts.<br><br>The first part is the main house which is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a living room, a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, another bedroom with two single beds and finally a glass roof to enjoy the sunset or the morning freshness. <br><br>The second part is composed of a living room (dining table, a sofa, a water point, breakfast) and a master suite with a 180 cm bed, a shower room and a dry toilet. <br><br>The garden is fully fenced and shaded with a garden table, hammock and sun loungers, the summer kitchen is in the basement and directly overlooks the garden, (large fridge and freezer, gas hob, microwave and crockery) there is also a barbecue. <br><br>From the garden you can follow a fully fenced path through our grounds that will take you to the river where you can also enjoy garden furniture and sun loungers. It is a very rejuvenating and inspiring place. You will certainly see our sheep, our beehives, our pullets and our little dog Oya.<br><br>There is ample parking reserved for the gite's users, with direct access from the garden. <br><br>Several outdoor games are at your disposal: badminton, shuffleboard, petanque, darts.<br><br>In the case of a reservation for 4 people, access to the studio is closed unless requested by you.<br><br>We live a little further away, we are often there and will be available if needed.<br><br>I have the possibility to prepare the room for single beds in double bed (180), you can tell me when you book in which configuration you want me to prepare the room. <br><br>A visit to our small farm is possible on request, Pierre will make you discover what our job as a nurseryman consists of and our environment.<br><br>Our 4-legged friends are welcome. We provide poop bags, please make sure to pick up their small gifts in the garden before leaving. And also make sure that they do not climb on the sofas, armchairs and beds.<br><br>Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. <br><br>We provide some emergency products to make your installation comfortable: Coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, flour, spices, salt pepper, oils, mustard, rice, pasta, parchment paper, aluminium, shower products, toothpaste; toilet paper...<br><br>Cleaning is not included in the price of your rental, when you leave, the accommodation must be returned in the condition in which you found it.<br><br>You find us when entering the GPS "la Ferme du Moineau, 58250 REMILLY", there is another Rémilly in the Nièvre, be careful to enter the correct postal code.
