Our cosy holiday home is located in the North Sea resort town of Burhave on the beautiful Butjadingen Peninsula.

The dike is right nearby and within sight! Just a minute’s walk!

Up to 4 people can feel right at home in the 65 square metres of living space.
Parking for two cars is available in front of the house on the property.

It’s only about 100 metres from the house to the beach/seawall.

Various cafes, restaurants, and a bakery are just a few minutes away. Further into town, there is an EDEKA and a Netto supermarket. The best Italian ice cream is right across the street.

The Spielscheune is diagonally across the street. This 3,000-square-meter paradise for kids features a giant slide, climbing mountain, trampoline, bumper cars, bowling and Carrera tracks, as well as a bowling alley for adults and much more.

A doctor’s office is located nearby (150 m), and a pharmacy is also within easy walking distance (350 m).

The North Sea Lagoon is also not far away.

Our holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DAB+ radio, a washing machine, and a lovely, sheltered terrace with patio furniture and a grill—perfect for winding down your evening.

There are plenty of recreational opportunities in Burhave and the surrounding area. There’s something for every age group.

Active holidaymakers will also find plenty to do here. Cycling, beach volleyball, mudflat hiking, and much more.

Despite the close proximity to the sea and the beach, experience has shown that the holiday home and the terrace remain quiet even during peak season.

Pets are not allowed in the house. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

Please note that the double bed is 1.40 m wide.

Check-in and check-out are on Saturday.

The minimum stay is seven nights.

The rental price for the holiday home is 553, - per week or 79,- € per day during the off-season.
During the high season (June–August), the rental price is 616, - € per week or 88,- € per day.

The rental price includes all utilities. The final cleaning fee of 60,- € must be paid in cash on site.

A linens package (made-up bedding, one large and one small towel) can be booked as an add-on upon request.

The guest fee amounts to
April 1 – October 31 (per night and per person)
3.20 euros for adults and children (ages 13 and up)
1.95 euros for children (ages 3–12)
Children ages 0–2 stay free

November 1 – March 31
1.50 euros for adults and children (ages 13 and up)
0.85 euros Children (ages 3–12)
Children ages 0–2 free

To ensure you receive your guest card immediately, the guest fee will be settled with you on-site.

We expect that, especially given current cost trends, resources will be used responsibly, thereby avoiding the need for a separate utility bill.
