Dear Guests,<br>This cosy holiday home, which we lovingly renovated in 2020, is designed to provide you with a wonderful holiday in the Rhineland Westerwald. Thanks to its quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life here and enjoy the sun and the view of the nearby Fockenbach Valley on the spacious wooden porch or balcony until late in the evening. On cold days, the wood-burning stove in the living and dining area invites you to relax and unwind.<br><br>The Accommodation:<br>With 100 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. There’s parking for up to 3 cars right in front of the house. You enter the house via a small staircase with two steps and’ll find space for your coats and shoes in the entryway. Immediately beyond is the bright living and dining room with a large window and balcony. The small but cosy kitchen adjoins the dining area. The bathroom, featuring a toilet and a walk-in rain shower, also adjoins the entryway. A staircase leads down to the basement, where the three bedrooms and a guest bathroom are located. One of the bedrooms opens onto the wooden porch with a covered seating area. Thanks to the landscaping on the property, there’s always a shady spot available, even on hot summer days. The garden is terraced and is exclusively available to our guests. A small staircase provides even quicker access to the hiking trails in the nearby forest and the romantic Fockenbach Valley.<br><br>Access for our guests:<br>To make your holiday with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible, we provide you with a washing machine and detergent, a small dishwasher and dish soap, as well as towels and bed linens—all free of charge.<br>The large smart TV with satellite reception and internet connection makes for exciting film nights. A Blu-ray player with a selection of Blu-ray discs is also available. A fast internet connection ensures a great streaming experience.<br>On cooler days, our wood-burning stove with a glass door provides cosy warmth.
