Lovely house,Fernando was very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: The house was beautiful the pool was great. The hot tub was a so relaxing. Cons: The bus service was a bit sporadic but the taxi service was excellent.

Es tut uns jedoch leid zu hören, dass Ihre Erfahrung mit dem Haus nicht wie erwartet war. Wir möchten diese Gelegenheit nutzen, um ein paar Punkte zu klären. Es tut uns leid, von dem Lärm zu hören, der durch einen bellenden Hund verursacht wurde. Leider liegt diese Situation außerhalb unserer Kontrolle und wir haben noch nie eine Beschwerde eines Gastes über eine ähnliche Situation erhalten. Was Ihre Bemerkung über den Pool betrifft, möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass der Pool einmal pro Woche durch den Wartungsdienst gereinigt wird, der zum Haus kommt. Es tut uns leid, wenn die Reinigung nicht in allen Punkten Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat. Die Reinigung wird von einem professionellen Team durchgeführt, das das Haus bei der Abreise und bei der Ankunft neuer Gäste gründlich reinigt. Sie können sich jedoch jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden, der bei Bedarf das Reinigungspersonal zur Überprüfung schicken kann.
