The house was roomy and it fit our large family well. Although, when we arrived the hot tub did not work, there was a broken stair on the staircase, and the floors seemed like they hadn’t been swept from the previous guests, they were filthy. Also, the dishes in the dish washer weren’t put away from the previous stay. We could not use the washer because when it started the spin cycle the entire washer shook so bad it sounded like a tornado was going through the house and it would shift the entire washer out of place. So we could not wash our laundry dry the entire week we were there. Also, we notified about the hot tub not working on the day we arrived which was on a Monday and they did not come and fix it until Thursday afternoon. We weren’t too happy with the way things went with this property. The neighbor lady was also very rude and disrespectful. One last thing, the parking situation is not advertised very well. For this big of a house, the parking needs to be better. My husband and I, my parents, and grandparents all had separate vehicles which were full-sized vehicles and we had parking issues. Other than the issues we had, the location was great and we liked that we could just cross the street to go to the beach.
