We are long time Manhattan Beach residents and have owned this house for over 15 years. Our two boys are off to college and we are sharing our beach house with guests who want to enjoy the laid back charm of Manhattan Beach and easy access to world famous beaches and entertainment.

This original beach cottage dates back to the 1930’s and has been lovingly restored to provide a perfect home to get away and relax. Nestled in Manhattan Beach’s Gold Coast, this location provides access to pristine beaches and restaurants in Downtown and the North End..

This original beach cottage dates back to the 1930’s and has been lovingly restored to provide a perfect home to get away and relax. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with an upper level living room with an ocean view deck to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of the crashing waves. It is very unique to have a whole home to yourself in the neighborhood and comes with a private secure one-car garage with level 2 EV charging outlet provided (NEMA 14-50).
