Amazing, beautiful place. Beautifully kept up. Located super close to shops and the beach. James and Stephan were super solicitous as to our needs. Very generous and very helpful.

Very quaint craftsman house, walking distance to beach and many resturants. I requested an early check in if possible and they worked with us, even though they had people checking out that morning. I liked having someone meet us at the house and give us the highlights, so you knew who you were talking to.

Great place for family vacation for spring break! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The host truly made the experience the best—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a location close to so many things to do/ see in Santa Monica!

The house was in a great location and was perfect for our extended family to stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the neighborhood and the hosts were very communicative. Thank you for a wonderful time!
