The apartment features a wood-paneled kitchen with a table and a wooden bench. There is a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. Up four steps, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with a single bed. The bathroom, which includes a shower, is equipped with towels and toiletries.

Information:

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (times may be adjusted by contacting the staff).

A valid ID must be presented. If you arrive before the scheduled time, you may leave your luggage at the property.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; a surcharge will be billed for late check-out.

Final cleaning is performed using hypoallergenic products and disinfectants; the fee is automatically added after each reservation. It is a fixed cost and cannot be cancelled or modified.

The kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, pots, dishes, utensils, tea set, coffee maker, dining table, hob (no dishwasher).

The bedrooms:

They are equipped with sheets and pillows.

Bathroom:

Shower, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, welcome shower kit.

Parking:

Guests may drive up to the property to load and unload luggage.

Public parking available in the immediate vicinity (free).

Garage available for bicycle storage (free).
