Poznan's Old Town is just 2 km from the property. The Old Zoo can be reached in 6 minutes, the historic Villa Flora building - 5 minutes, and the Medical University - 18 minutes. The surrounding area of the property is well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions of Poznan. There are numerous streetcar and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to other parts of the city. The Main Railway Station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in 6 minutes by car.

There is a Biedronka supermarket in the apartment building, and a Hebe drugstore across the street (70 m). There are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the area - Falla vegetarian restaurant (600 m), Uno café (500 m), WYPAS vegan restaurant (600 m) and many others!
