Private: property 1'500 m2, flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 9 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Camucia-Cortona" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 45 km, Perugia 50 km, Pienza 65 km, Assisi 85 km.
