Schöne Lage aber nicht luxuriös und mangelhafter Kundenservice

Wir haben schon viele ähnliche Ferienhäuser in Europa gemietet, von Norwegen bis Zypern, also haben wir einen Vergleich, um dieses angemessen zu bewerten: Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Haus an sich ist schön. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Dampfsauna im Keller ist wirklich sehr gut (solange sie funktioniert). In der Anzeige steht luxuriös und wir haben über 1700€, so viel wie noch nie, für eine Woche ausgegeben. Was uns enttäuscht hat: - viele Schäden und Dinge, die erneuert werden müssen im Haus: das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist so undicht, dass bei Regen eine große Pfütze davor entsteht. Zwei von drei Klobrillen waren kaputt bzw. lose. Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht richtig und überhitzt irgendwann. Das Geschirr war dürftig und teilweise schmutzig. Schmutz, den Vormieter nicht entfernt haben aber auch Rückstände, die gar nicht mehr weggingen. Es gibt kein scharfes Messer und insgesamt ist die Küchenausstattung größtenteils billig und zusammengewürfelt. So viele Mängel hatten wir bisher in noch keiner Ferienunterkunft. - Die Sauna funktionierte irgendwann nicht mehr richtig. Wir kontaktieren die Ansprechpartnerin, aber außer den Tipp, alles neu zu starten und mehrere Stunden zu warten, kam keine Unterstützung. Es regnete an diesem Tag durchgehend und wir konnten sie erst nach mehreren Versuchen abends in Gang bekommen. Das gleiche am nächsten Tag. Es kam niemand, um es zu checken und es wurde keine andere Lösung angeboten.

We totally desagree with this review. The communication with the guests was not so perfect as he means. The house is really stunning, inside and outside. He probably is used to spend 600euro for his holiday, in Cyprus or where he is used to go, and for this reason he supposed that 1700 euros is the price for I don't know what. We have a person dedicated to solve small issue or mulfuntioning. but he only told something about the sauna, and there was a technical problem on thursday, if we good remember, and on friday, when the personal went there to check it again it was working properly. Other things: dirty, damages, missing things.. well, if something is wrong or something is missing, just tell it. If nothing is reported we assume that everything is in order

Entspannung pur

Wir würden diesen Urlaub wieder buchen. Alles hat super funktioniert und geklappt. War ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub.
