This beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo is a rare find that combines unmatched style, comfort, and unbeatable access to the heart of Winter Park Resort!
The open floor plan encompasses the living, dining and kitchen area all adorned with hardwood flooring and modern interior furnishings and finishes. You can relax on the sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen TV after a day of outdoor adventures. There is also a bonus work space area if you need to catch up on emails or computer work. You can easily access the private patio to enjoy the view and our condo is on the same level as the common area amenity deck.
The dining area will seat up to four guests and is adjacent to the kitchen that offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The main bathroom is accessible for all guests in the main hallway.
Bedding: King and queen sofa sleeper
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, 50” smart TV with Xfinity cable, private patio, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.

The unit was clean and furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishs and etc... I will stay again the next time I need a place in Winter Park

Great spot - across the street from Gondola (2 minute walk). Parking was a bit confusing at first and our room code didn’t work. They sent us a new one and it worked immediately. Unit was clean and had extra supplies for dishwasher, laundry, coffee, basic spices. No spatula though! We loved the easy walk out of the back door to the hot tub! Perfect spot for a couple or small family.

This condo was immaculate and a cozy, clean get away for my wife and I. Being able to walk out to the patio area where the hot tub was a bonus. The only recommendation we have for an improvement is to tighten up the shower handle and fix the head so that guests can change the shower power. Otherwise, we definitely recommend this unit to everyone
