The Phoenix is a fully remodeled 52’ Harbormaster; it has classic style and modern comfort! Unwind and enjoy the stunning riverside views in the beautiful nature setting adjacent to the greenway. With two cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and two full beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. The sleeping quarters have adjacent bathrooms. The main stateroom has a full bathroom with shower. The lower berth has two full beds and a half bath. There is a spacious kitchen and salon and two tier upper deck for entertaining. Stay comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Explore UT campus, sports, concerts, river activities, restaurants and downtown nightlife all in a one mile radius! Golf cart, e-trike, and watersports are available to rent. We supply fishing poles and light tackle. Family time and memories await with the Phoenix !
