Whether you’re a couple or a group of seven, it’s ideal for several married couples or an extended family. Your Dünenhaus is a stately home designed with a single goal in mind: your maximum comfort.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious and tastefully designed and furnished. Light plays a central role throughout. Nothing feels cluttered; the lines are clean. The design leaves nothing to be desired.

The ambiance is young and fresh, exuding charm and the cosy warmth of a holiday. The modern kitchen offers plenty of space, even for ambitious home cooks. The sun-drenched living and dining areas create a very special atmosphere. From the ground floor, you can enjoy a wonderful, sweeping view of Sylt’s fantastic dune landscape and the sea. The spacious, inviting bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower leaves nothing to be desired. The basement features an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

The beautiful, unspoiled property offers space and the opportunity to enjoy pure nature and tranquility. On the east-facing terrace, you can enjoy your morning breakfast, while the south-facing XXL terrace, complete with lounge furniture, is perfect for hosting cosy evenings with friends and family.
A truly special feature is the on-site sauna with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea and the on-site fitness equipment.
