Welcome to the Solymar holiday rental in the Baltic Sea resort of Pelzerhaken. This bright ground-floor apartment offers 55 m² of space for 2 people. Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, it invites you to feel at home and relax.
The living area is cosy and spacious: a comfortable leather couch, a relaxing TV armchair, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and an inviting dining area. Adjacent to this is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a large closet. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a washing machine and dryer. Special attention was paid to using healthy materials and maintaining high hygiene standards for the flooring.
The private, secluded terrace (20 m²) is particularly lovely and offers sunshine almost all day long. An electric awning provides shade when needed. Comfortable lounge chairs, sun loungers, and cushions are available for you in the adjacent storage room. All windows are equipped with exterior roller shades.
The owner will contact you by phone or email before your arrival to arrange a time for a personal welcome and key handover.
The location is ideal: In just a few minutes, you can reach the fine-sand Südstrand, which is patrolled by the DLRG in the summer. Along the promenade, you’ll find ice cream parlours, restaurants, and souvenir shops. A supermarket, bakery, hair salon, and the bus stop are all within walking distance—so feel free to leave your car behind. Beautiful coastal paths lead to Rettin and Neustadt; by bike, you can explore the varied coastline all the way to Travemünde. Day trips to Lübeck, activities such as canoeing in Holstein Switzerland, a visit to Hansapark, water skiing in Süsel, or a trip to the films in Neustadt round out the offerings.
