10 character lock did not work. Required customer service assistUnit dirty including dirty dishes. Dirt and mold in bathrooms. Wall mount fans filled with dust. Kitchen hood greasy and nasty. Keys from lockbox did not work well. No cold water in one shower due to broken faucet. Covers on dining chairs dirty. I have pictures to verify this place should never be rented.
