A Black Forest vacation in pure nature.

The holiday home is a detached property offering two holiday apartments, each of which is occupied exclusively by our guests.
We have modernised and furnished the house with great care to preserve its unique charm for you. Some of the furniture was custom-built to fit the rooms, and we were able to preserve several original treasures, such as the tiled stove in the lower living room, the built-in closet in the lower kitchen, and the one in the upper bedroom.
Each apartment is approximately 65–68 square metres in size and consists of:
- Living room with dining and living areas, featuring a corner sofa and a media area with a desk.
- Kitchen, fully equipped.
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other
with a single bed, a bunk bed, and a cot
- Each apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Many useful amenities are provided, down to the smallest detail: dishwasher, bread slicer,
electric kettle..... in the kitchen, as well as thoughtful little extras like tea towels, “real”
Victorinox kitchen knives, and a starter supply of consumables.....
In the living room, you’ll find not only satellite TV but also dozens of different books, games, up-to-date phone books and schedules, information about our area and the Oehlershof, as well as notepaper and pens… and cosy spots (with lighting!) for reading and surfing the web.
The bedrooms feature closets with plenty of storage space and reading lamps.... and the bathroom also has shelves and hooks for everyone. We want to make sure you have everything you need while staying with us!
Of course, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout Haus Zweitannen (free of charge, of course)
With our guest card, you can ride public transport throughout the Black Forest for free, and you’ll also receive discounts on admission fees—also throughout the Black Forest!
The house features a lawn with a large play area and barbecue space. Additionally, children have plenty of room to run around both around the house and at the nearby farm. Garden furniture and a grill are also available for your use. The holiday home is also suitable for two families travelling together
—combined with our other holiday home, No. 25051, we can offer a total of two holiday homes with three apartments in all.
Leisure activities: From your holiday home, you can take advantage of many recreational opportunities. For example, you can take trips to France or Switzerland. Lake Constance, Schluchsee, Feldberg, and the Swabian Alb are also great destinations for day trips. A popular attraction is Europa-Park in Rust. Furthermore, the area around Lake Titisee offers plenty of recreational activities and programmes.
Seasonal activities—such as skiing in winter at one of the nearby
ski lifts, cross-country skiing (with a trail right behind the house), or the Carnival in February—each have their own charm.

The Oehlershof: The Oehlershof is a typical Black Forest farm with many animals, plenty of space to
get around, and the opportunity to experience the daily farm work, such as herding cows to watch the subsequent barn work, petting the calves, or even taking a ride on a tractor—which is especially fun for children. But of course, our holiday home is also ideal for those not interested in farming, because the house is detached and therefore not directly connected to the farm. It’s suitable for everyone.
