This beachfront holiday rental on the 1st floor is located in a quiet and central part of Norddeich and offers approximately 34 m² of space for up to 4 people. It’s the ideal place to leave the daily grind behind and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.

In the lovingly furnished living/dining area, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The comfortable sleeper sofa (145 x 195 cm when extended) can be transformed into a cosy bed in no time at all, providing space for additional guests or children. A TV provides entertainment, and a cosy dining area invites you to enjoy meals together or relax. It’s the perfect place to start your day or wind down in the evening.

The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It includes everything you need for cooking and dining: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a cosy dinner—you can cook to your heart’s content here.

The south-facing balcony is a real highlight of the apartment. On balmy summer evenings, you can relax here with a cool glass of wine and enjoy the view of the surroundings. The balcony is also perfect for a cosy breakfast, offering a quiet place to start the day and get some fresh air.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers a peaceful place to unwind. The blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern shower room provides additional comfort. A hair dryer is also available for your use.

For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge upon request. Children’s dishes and cutlery are also available so that our little holidaymakers can feel right at home.

In addition, we offer a small selection of board games for spending time together, as well as a collection of books to ensure relaxing reading sessions. Here, you can enjoy yourself indoors during bad weather or on a cosy evening.

Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. These can be booked as an add-on for a fee so that you can start your holiday fully equipped.

Small dogs are welcome in the holiday rental upon request. Cats are not permitted.

A parking space and free Wi-Fi are, of course, available. Bicycles can be stored in a shared garage.

The holiday rental is located in a central yet quiet area—the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and other shopping options are also within easy walking distance, so you’ll hardly need your car during your stay.

If you’d like to spend your holiday with friends or family, we also offer the option to book the adjacent apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for groups or larger families who want to spend time together.
