Even before you get out of bed—from the cosy 160-cm double bed—enjoy the unobstructed view across the Eiderstedt Peninsula, past the village of St. Peter—and on clear days, all the way to Büsum.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the North Sea breeze carries the clouds from the sea inland and bathes the landscape in ever-changing light.

The SONNENAUFGANG SIEBEN holiday rental is located on the 7th floor of the Atlantic building—high enough to enjoy the view that makes this place so special, whether the dew is glistening in the treetops or the fog is slowly lifting over the land. Or sunbathing on the balcony—warm, peaceful, and soothing.
The Bad district is within walking distance, as are the pier and beach access. Shopping, restaurants, and bakeries are nearby. With your guest card, you can ride the local bus for free.

A stylishly designed apartment for two adults awaits you in just under 50 square metres—with the feel of a small design hotel.
The open living area is bathed in light and forms the heart of the apartment. From the sofa, your gaze wanders through the large picture window out over the balcony, the forest, and the vast expanse of the North Sea coast.
For guests, the corner sofa can be extended to create a sleeping area.
The modern, semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living area via a counter—perfect for long evenings and good conversations while sitting on the bar stools.
The bedroom was intentionally oriented towards the south: a peaceful retreat with a cosy double bed (160 x 200) and unobstructed views of the spectacular northern sunrises—which make even waking up a special experience.
Another room adds a cosy dining and TV area to the apartment—ideal for relaxing, unwinding, or even focusing on work from home.
The modern bathroom impresses with its clean design and walk-in rain shower.

The furnished balcony adds the finishing touch to the apartment’s comfort: breakfast with a sweeping view across the bay, into the light—and a sense of spaciousness, every day.
