The approximately 62-square-meter ground-floor holiday apartment features modern, high-quality furnishings. You can relax in the living area with its dining nook after a long day. The open-concept kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The apartment features a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet with a sink, and a bedroom.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed, including bedding and a TV. The living room features a fold-out bed that can accommodate a third person.

Upon request, guests can use the in-house sauna with a relaxation area in the basement free of charge. The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers a beautiful view of the greenery, as there is a small grove nearby.

A common area with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as an underground parking space (entrance height 1.90 m, width 220 cm) are available.
