Location amazing, unit and staff response need improvement.

Cannot beat this location! But these units need attention and staff very nice but not very responsive. We did not have robes in the rooms and the TV remote had stuff spilled all over it and it was not working. We had asked multiple times for both. Dishwasher also did not work. Units are well stocked which is very nice. The bed and couch are super soft and probably need replacing.

Epic House for an Epic Vacation

Trailhead truly has everything that you need to have a wonderful fun-filled winter vacay. The condo is roomy and cozy, the location is prime, access to the gondola, hot tubs, & other amenities is fantastic, and the hotel staff is great. We love everything about the trail head. Even the restaurant next-door, Brick, is fantastic.

Nice location, Dirty couch

Overall, the condo was in very good condition. Very good location and view. The couch was dirty with many stains. Needs to be replaced. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. Had to make bed ourselves using extra flat sheet.

Great couples getaway location

Great location. I’m glad there was a shuttle service because Lyft/Uber was very unreliable in town. Access to gondola and hot tubs was ideal for us. Kitchen had what we needed and the overall set up was relaxing.
