The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, bar seating for casual dining, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The living room flows seamlessly onto the large screened in porch where you'll find an electric grill - the perfect spot to gather with friends and family while taking in the view.

The primary bedroom offers a private retreat with a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the screened in porch. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for additional guests. Additional features include convenient parking for 2 vehicles and easy access from the parking area with only one level of stairs to the condo.

Please note: There is no boat slip available with this condo. Trailer and boat parking are not allowed within the complex: however, complimentary overflow parking for additional cars and trailers is 2 miles away. This condo is up a level from parking, approximately 20 stairs.
