This modern and inviting 2-room apartment for 2 people in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift. <br><br><br>It features a living room with a cosy two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, a dining area, and a large south-facing balcony with two lounge chairs, an armchair, and a table. A remote-controlled awning provides shade, and a beach umbrella is also available as an alternative. <br><br><br>Our guests can expect a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and glass-ceramic cooktop—it leaves nothing to be desired.<br><br><br>The adjoining bedroom is modern and features a cosy double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and exterior blinds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer completes the apartment. <br><br><br>A parking space is available to our guests free of charge. There are also bike racks in front of the building. Guests can use free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Pets are not allowed. The proximity to the beach, the promenade’s new look, and the quiet street leading to the destination provide the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>The short walk to the beach (about 4 minutes), the approximately 10-minute walk to bike rentals, bakeries, restaurants, and playgrounds, as well as the proximity to Timmendorfer Strand (1 km), etc., make it possible to practically leave your car parked during your stay. This also applies to your morning trip to the bakery.
