With a spacious area of 70 m², the ground-floor apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The spacious living area is furnished with a cosy sofa. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a hi-fi system provide entertainment.
And the dining area seats up to 4 people.
In the living/dining area, you can darken the windows with electric roller shades.
From the living area, you can step out onto the cosy patio with patio furniture, which opens onto the small garden. The spacious garden invites you to relax and is a great place for children to play. Unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed.

From the living room, you can access the large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses).
The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms offer storage space for your clothes and can be darkened with external roller shades.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want. Here you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment featuring 3 drawers. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a festive dinner—you can prepare anything to your liking.

The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a sink, a mirror, and other amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the closet in the hallway, you’ll also find 1 iron, 1 ironing board, and 1 clothes drying rack.
You can lock your bicycles in the covered outdoor bike parking area.

A parking space for your vehicle is available right next to the house.
