This tastefully decorated 2-room apartment in Niendorf, located on the 2nd floor, is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people.

It consists of a modern living room/bedroom with a pull-out couch (1.40 m x 2.00 m), an LCD flat-screen TV, and a radio.
The integrated kitchenette features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a Senseo pod and filter coffee maker.

A cosy dining area and access to the west-facing balcony with a sea view round out this space.

From the hallway, you can access the separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200) (fits one travel cot), a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a designer bathroom radiator that doubles as a towel warmer.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building.
Blinds are provided in the living room and bedroom.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

The occupancy rates are based on 1–2 people; an additional €10 per day will be charged for each additional person.

The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² for 3–4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the saltwater pool, even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is just 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth a visit. Here you’ll find a landscape that remains almost untouched, set within the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
