Beautiful fully fenced property in Tarzana featuring 3 sleeping areas total. The main house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, an additional guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. A fully furnished private studio with its own kitchen and bathroom is also included. Enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor seating areas. Conveniently located near the US Route 101 — about 15 minutes to Studio City, 25–30 minutes to the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, and close to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, and top Los Angeles attractions.
