Im Großen und Ganzen gut

Die Umgebung ist sehr laut (Straße, Müllcontainer). In der Wohnung gibt es keine A/C, darum schläft es sich bei frischer Luft/geöffneten Fenstern besser. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganuz nett.

Für Familien eher ungeeignet

Positiv: - Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gut funktioniert. - Die Wohnung war sauber - Der Wasserdruck und Toilette gut. - Fernseher inklusive Internet - Babybett vorhanden Negativ: - Parken in Genua nur bis 2 Meter Höhe - Dachbox musste daher in der Wohnung gelagert werden. - Man hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz!! An Feiertagen mussten wir teilweise eine dreiviertel Stunde im Kreis fahren, bis wir einen Parkplatz hatten. - Lange Wege beim Ausladen, wenn man woanders parken muss - Der Strand im Ort ist nicht öffentlich, sondern kostet Geld! Fast alle Strände in der Umgebung kosten Geld oder sind nicht sauber oder überfüllt. - Für Kinder recht wenige Spielplätze und Aktivitäten - Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße - Steckdosenabdeckungen fallen teilweise fast von alleine ab. - Keine richtigen Fußgängerwege im Ort Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir die Wohnung und den Ort wegen der genannten Punkte eher nicht empfehlen.
