Nähe zum Strand und Brötchenservice. Störend waren die brütenden Möven auf den Dächern und der damit verbundene Lärm. Ein Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon war nur ohne jedwede Nahrungsaufnahme möglich. Ständig warteten die Möven auf eine Möglichkeit etwas erhaschen zu können.
