The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor of Building 5, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometres. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The spacious living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious entryway with a coat closet.

Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the holiday complex—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can reach the underground garage (entrance height: 1.85 m) via the lift through a direct entrance located beneath the building.
