The 73 m² 3-room duplex apartment, wiks6-74, is located in the Upstalsboom Krusespeicher and can accommodate up to 4 people. The light-filled apartment features two living levels, a balcony, and a rooftop terrace with a unique panoramic view of the port of Wismar.

The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing west, is located on the 6th floor of the historic Krusespeicher building and spans two levels. Wismar’s Old Harbour, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, lies right at your feet. From here, you can easily explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbour is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals and also the original filming location for “SOKO Wismar,” the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant selection of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbour Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.

Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a safe that fits laptops up to approximately 17 inches.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 2 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and hand blender, as well as the combined living-dining area with a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a stereo system, and board games. This level also features a tastefully decorated bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The bedroom on this level features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. You have access to the sunny, west-facing balcony from both the bedroom and the living area. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the harbor’s maritime scenery.
On the second level of the maisonette apartment is the loft bedroom and the west-facing rooftop terrace with an impressive view over the harbour. The sleeping area features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A cot can be set up in the bedroom for a fee.

Our team warmly welcomes you at the Krusespeicher reception desk and is happy to assist you with any questions during your stay. The Krusespeicher features a free sauna area that spans two levels; you’ll find two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room
The basement of the apartment complex houses a washing machine and dryer, as well as lockable storage for your bicycles. A public car park and a public car park (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity.

In addition, a bread roll service is available for a fee—simply place your order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for speciality coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.

The linens package per person per stay is included for you! It includes one hand towel, one bath towel, bed linens, and one shower mat per bathroom. Upon request, our on-site team will also be happy to provide additional sets of bed linens and hand towels for a fee.
