We booked this property for out of town family coming in for a weekend wedding at The Lake Estate. Location was perfect. Close to shopping & dining options and only .5 miles from the Wedding location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had prior to checkin. The lake view was so pretty with the foliage starting to turn.

House was very clean, AC in every room worked perfectly. Host was excellent to work with. When I requested additional towels they were delivered same day. Dock was usable for a 26 foot pontoon boat but would not recommend for anything that sits low in water as it is shallow. Nice large fire pit. Bring your own tin foil/sandwich bags if you plan on cooking or storing left overs as there were none there. Enjoyed the kayaks available for use and corn hole. A great lake to be on in the summer. Be aware it is located directly on a main road and there is constant traffic noise but typically only motorcycles are extra loud. One of the few places we found that didn't require a weekly rental which worked out for our schedule. Close to shops, grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants, fire wood and worms for fishing (available at gas station across the street).

Good call on the dock depth and road noise, that context is genuinely helpful for future guests planning their trip.
