Fabulous location! Chase’s is right next door & Always Hopping, but you Never hear it while i side. Walk on the beautiful beach, take a dip in the well maintained pool and hit All the restaurants. Or just “House Hunt”. It was Great!

Communication was great with the host, we were actually able to check in early and that’s always a plus. The unit was very clean and VERY well stocked! The only complaint that I had was, the A/C unit was very loud. It’s inside of the condo and very loud for anyone sleeping on the couch but it worked fine. The view from the room was great. Easy access to the pool and to the beach.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand that a louder air conditioner can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers. The air conditioner was installed in 2022 and was recently inspected by a licensed HVAC technician, who confirmed that the noise level is normal for this type of in-unit air conditioner. That said, we always look for ways to improve our guests' comfort. Based on your feedback, we installed Acoustic Sound Proofing Panels inside the air conditioner closet, which have significantly reduced the operating noise. We're grateful you brought this to our attention, and we hope this improvement makes future stays even more enjoyable. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Host were great . Had a shower problem upon checking in. Contacted the host, problem was fixed first thing in the am .

We had a lovely 2 day stay here. It is in a fantastic location with a wonderful ocean view. Right next door to Chase's on the Beach and close to Flagler Ave.
