The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. If the dates that you are looking for are not available owner has another unit on the fifth floor with a direct oceanfront view as well. Contact owner for rates and availability.

Place is very nicely decorated. Kitchen had all standard appliances that coulld possibly need. Seating on balcony was comfortable as was the furniture inside. I had to contact host about hot water and she responded immediately. She wad very pleasant. It was a very nice visit.
